These Terms of Service govern your use of andbox.in and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Products and information
We make every effort to describe products accurately. Product images may be for illustration and specifications may change slightly between production batches. App availability, voice features and streaming services depend on third-party software and providers and may change without notice.

Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is shown and added at checkout, and a GST invoice is provided with every order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud; any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment and Cash on Delivery
We accept the online payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders with a ₹100 advance paid online; the balance is payable to the courier at delivery.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects; physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised repair and unsupported firmware or software modifications are not covered.

Bulk, OEM and ODM orders
Bulk, OEM and ODM orders (including custom branding, firmware and packaging) are subject to a separate quotation and agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Intellectual property
The andbox name, logo, product images and content on this website belong to andbox or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, content or business.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
