At andbox, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Returned within 15 days of the delivery date
• Unused, undamaged and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging, with all accessories (remote, power adapter, cables, manuals) included
• Accompanied by the invoice or order number

How to request a return
Email us at support@andbox.in with your order number, the product name and the reason for the return (photos or a short video help if the product is faulty or damaged). Our team will review your request and, if approved, share the return instructions and pickup or return-shipping details. Products sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong products
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged in transit, defective or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@andbox.in with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
• Products that have been physically damaged, opened for repair or modified after delivery
• Products with firmware, software or settings altered beyond normal use
• Customised or OEM-branded products (custom logo, boot animation, firmware or packaging) made to your order
• Bulk or project orders, unless agreed otherwise in writing

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account details you share with us. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.

Exchanges
If you would like a different model, the quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Warranty
Products sold on andbox.in carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Faults after the 15-day return window are handled under warranty — see our Technical Support page or email support@andbox.in.
