Shipping Policy
We ship only via Tier 1 courier companies (FedEx/Bluedart) or new age e-Commerce companies like Delhivery, eCom Express, ExpressBee, Trackon etc. Our top priority is safe, fast & timely delivery of our products.
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched the same day, if you place an order before the Cut off of 4 PM.
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days, any further delay is intimated well in advance. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by the buyer at the time of placing the order. We are not accountable for the delay in delivery caused due to Operational limitations of our Logistics Partners. Incase of unavailability of the recipient, orders are strictly delivered to person it is planned for or the delivery could be done to family member upon verification.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 84485 89532 or email us at support@andbox.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional hidden cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. We ship all shipments with Insurance so that your transaction stays safe.
